Technical scope

Static artwork only. Runtime UI code, playable scenes, engine projects, prefabs and font binaries are not included. Configure interactions, layout, text and slicing in your application. Engine import and runtime behavior have not been verified. Extensions are not packed into the base atlases. Alpha Options does not provide automatic nine-slice metadata.

Promotional labels, numbers, arrangements and comparison backgrounds are presentation examples. Showcase videos and their music are not part of the purchased asset files.

AI assistance was used for SVG design, utility code and documentation. No hand-drawn, AI-free or exclusive-copyright guarantee is made.

License

Buyer License 1.0 applies. Commercial use and editing are permitted; credit is optional. Standalone redistribution is prohibited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, do not provide or use original or modified assets as datasets for training or fine-tuning machine-learning models. This does not prohibit ordinary editing assistance.

1 Product and license

Seller/licensor: Wamutai. Contact: https://wamutai-tech.com/wp-question/ . This license covers only the purchased product named above and its included original artwork, SVGs, PNGs, atlases, layouts, metadata and documentation. It does not cover another separately sold product. Third-party notices govern their corresponding materials. Supplied original authoring and export utilities are subject to the specific permission in Section 2. No font binaries are supplied.

To the extent Wamutai owns or can license the rights, one purchasing individual or legal entity receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for worldwide use, without time or project-count limits or additional sales-based royalties, subject to these terms and applicable law. No copyright ownership, exclusive rights or trademark rights are transferred.

2 Permitted use and editing

You may incorporate and modify the assets in commercial or non-commercial games, apps, websites, videos, streams and presentations, and sell or distribute those finished works. Recoloring, resizing, cropping, reshaping, format conversion, animation and combination with other work are permitted. Promotional screenshots and videos of your finished work are permitted. Credit is optional.

Finished works must offer substantive functionality or creative content beyond supplying these assets. Use reasonable packaging to avoid offering source artwork as a reusable library. Ordinary technical extractability in a game or website does not by itself breach these terms; absolute copy protection is not required. End users may use the assets as part of the finished work, not as a separate reusable resource.

For original Python authoring and export utilities supplied with this product, and only to the extent Wamutai owns or can license the relevant rights, you may privately use, copy and modify those utilities as needed to produce or export your licensed projects. You may share them privately with your production team only for the same purposes, with the same recipients and subject to the same restrictions as Section 3. Do not resell, give away, publicly share, relicense or sublicense the original or modified utilities as standalone programs, source-code collections, asset packs or other reusable resources. This utility permission does not extend to third-party code or software dependencies. Third-party software, including Python, Inkscape and any required libraries, is not bundled; obtain and use it separately under its own terms. These terms do not change or restrict the licenses governing third-party software.

3 Private team access

You may share source files privately with employees, collaborators and contractors only as needed to produce your licensed projects. Require equivalent confidentiality and use restrictions. Recipients must not use those copies for unrelated clients or independent projects. End their access and require deletion of working copies when no longer needed, except legally required retention copies that are not used for production. You may keep reasonable project backups.

A client may receive your finished work. Delivery of reusable source assets or an editable project containing them requires the client to obtain its own license. Ordinary distributors, hosting services and app stores may process and deliver the finished work as necessary; this does not authorize separate asset distribution.

4 Restrictions

Do not resell, give away, publicly share, relicense or sublicense original or modified assets as standalone files, asset packs, stock resources, source templates or libraries. Do not put them in public repositories or tools intended to let others extract and reuse the assets. Do not resell or transfer this license. Section 3 is the limited exception for private production access.

Do not falsify or remove authorship, rights or license notices from source copies to conceal origin or mislead others. Keep supplied legal notices with permitted shared source copies. This does not require on-screen credit or prevent ordinary editing of display text. Do not claim you created the original assets, misrepresent their production method, or falsely imply Wamutai endorses your work.

Do not claim or register exclusive ownership of the assets or their substantially unchanged appearance as a trademark, or use them to prevent other lawful buyers from using the assets. Do not infringe copyright, trademark, portrait, publicity, privacy or other rights, or use the assets for unlawful defamation, deception or impersonation. Lawful criticism and reviews are not prohibited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, do not provide or use original or modified assets as datasets for training or fine-tuning machine-learning models. This does not prohibit ordinary editing assistance.

5 Production and third-party rights

AI assistance was used in the SVG design workflow. These terms do not promise that every element qualifies for copyright protection, is unique, is registrable as a trademark or is free from all possible third-party claims in every jurisdiction. No third-party rights are granted. Obtain necessary rights to text, fonts, code, music and other materials you add. Wamutai retains responsibilities imposed on the seller by applicable law.

6 Technical scope and support

This product contains static SVG/PNG artwork. Supplied utilities are for authoring and export; they do not provide runtime UI interaction code or a working UI system. Engine projects, interaction code, Unity Prefabs, Unreal Blueprints and runtime fonts are excluded unless expressly listed at purchase. Read the technical notes and test integration and accessibility in your project. Universal engine/version compatibility, lifetime support, future features and future updates are not promised.

Include the storefront, order reference, product/version and affected filename; never send passwords or card details. Wamutai will review reports and provide correction, replacement, price reduction, refund or other remedies required by the circumstances, applicable law and storefront terms. Bespoke design, integration work and debugging your own code are outside included support.

7 Refunds and responsibility

Check the description and file formats before purchase. Change-of-mind refunds are not promised beyond applicable law and storefront rules. Nothing here excludes remedies for defective or misdescribed content, statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, or other mandatory consumer protections. itch.io and BOOTH have different refund procedures. Follow the purchase platform’s applicable procedure and contact Wamutai if its ordinary tools cannot process a required remedy.

These terms do not exclude or cap liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, personal injury or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No blanket exclusion of seller liability applies.

8 Breach and applicable terms

For a material breach, Wamutai may request that you stop the offending use and correct it within a reasonable stated period. Termination and other remedies are subject to applicable law and mandatory storefront terms. This does not erase rights that must survive, authorize remote deletion or automatically revoke lawful end-user access.

Mandatory law and non-waivable storefront conditions prevail over conflicting wording here. Otherwise these terms govern Wamutai’s asset permission. The terms shown at purchase govern that purchase; later revisions do not retroactively reduce granted rights without a lawful basis. English and Japanese versions intend the same meaning. This license imposes no exclusive court, arbitration waiver or governing-law choice.
